I just need to discharge.

You know, i'm really dying to get a part-time job. But i've gotta put that aside for the time being cause i only have 1 week left before going to Perth with my mom and cousin. The trip's taking 3 weeks. And then it's Christmas and New Year. And we'll be done with year 2009. Damn, time sure flies.

Anyway back to the part-time job. Well i just need to get out and do somethin. Anything that can stimulate my mind and keep me going. No not McDonalds, not Coffee Bean please. (although workin at Coffee Bean last time was great fun - worked as a barista and learnt to make great coffee.) Just, somethin different this time. Somethin that allows me to wake up every morning with great smile and enthusiasm, do the things i like, and look forward to waking up the next morning each time before i sleep.

I actually have a few plans in mind already but it's just a matter of time before i make up my mind and act. Yeah, ACT. No point making a long long list of things you wanna do (for instance, learn how to play the harmonica or ride a horse.) if at the end of your long break you realise that you accomplish none of them (either you can't afford a harmonica, or a horse, for that matter.) and all you did was sleeping like a pig, eating 8 meals a day, watching soaps and dramas and Facebooking day and night stalking everyone in your Friends list. That's just sad.

However, i think i have to postpone all my plans. In fact, i doubt i could do any of it. You seeeeeeee... After Perth, there'll be only 2 weeks before my Sabah Sarawak trip with friends. And that trip will take another 2 weeks. January gone. February? No way. It's Chinese New Year! I NEED to collect ang paos. That's one way of earning your own money. XD Btw my mom says i need to learn how to cook Pongteh Ayam so that i can cook for Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner. OMG. =__=

And after Chinese New Year, i only have approximately 1 month before heading back to college for some intensive language course. That's only if i ace my A-Levels and pass the cut-0ff point, but if i really do pass, that language course will take 3 FREAKIN MONTHS!

Then it's June already. And i'm reserving that month for another trip with another group of cool peeps. Sonia will be back from the US then, plus Kin Wee, Chze Huey, Jun Hao, Teng Quan, Silk Yuan. Guys, i'm not listing your names down just for fun. Your name is mentioned, means you ARE going. Keep that month free alright.

University starts when. I have the faintest idea.

Damn. When can i work? My holiday plan sounds good with all the travelling and chilling-out but at the same time it sucks. Cause i don't think i'll have time to work.

Meanwhile, what i shall do this week before my Perth trip is mainly just chill, relax, eat some good food, online as much as i can, read a good book, watch 2012 (yesss i know i damn slow), lepak and yamcha every now and then, and bond with my piano. (mannn i missed my piano so much.)

In other words, i'll have no life this week. I wanna rot, rot and ROT! For just 1 week okay? XD

Oh. i hope i don't forget to do my medical check-up.

Prom @ Graduation

Why isn't any KTTian updating their blogs about prom? It's okay. I shall take the honour and do the crap.

Here we go.

21st November 2009. Pan Pacific Hotel, KLIA. (5-star don't play play)

Before the big night, we had rehearsal at the hotel till about what...5.30pm? Immediately after that we had to rush back to college to get ready, dress up etc, ALL IN ONLY ONE HOUR.

Imagine. The chaotic adrenaline-pumping scenario of getting ready in such a short time, especially us girls, who had a whole lot of things to do - makeup, hairdo, makeup and err...more makeup? Well, we sorta helped one another out with the make-up, to save time. Cause heck, by 6.30pm, the bus was already honking LIKE CRAAAAAAAZZZZYYYYYYYY.

But no worries, Beh had a car! So we all squeezed into the car and arrived at the hotel a tad late, yet fashionably i hope. lol.

Overall, it was an awesome night. Sadly the open dance floor was cancelled, mainly because it was already 1am when the event ended and the lecturers were chasing us home already.

It was a lovely night. But lacking the perfect closure.

Anyway, reality check. KTT is history now. Sad? Well yeah a lil bit. definitely gonna miss my fellow buddies in KTT.

But nah....... it's holiday break now! A long one, in fact. So cheerioz!

Hello people.

It's 1 am now.

I don't know what's running through my head now but somethin's bothering me. Don't ask. Maybe i'm just having that occasional i'm-sleepy-but-i-don't feel-like-sleeping-yet syndrome.

Maybe i just feel like yakking.

I sat for Physics today. Surprisingly i managed to finish the paper and still have a couple of minutes left. It's amazing how i work best under pressure, despite Mr. Zaini walking around in the exam hall, trying his very hard to speak softly but failing at it miserably. Cause you see, Mr. Zaini is probably the person with the loudest voice i've ever heard all my life. As a matter of fact, i think he installed some nano-voice-amplifier in his throat cause boy, he's really loud. I think during Physics paper i heard him annoyingly sayin somethin like,

"If you know your UNITS, your physics would be BEAUTIFUL!"

Yea. I think some student was askin him a physics question and he being the ever so intense and passionate physics lecturer, who is extremely particular about units, got annoyed. I was laughing to myself, watching him walkin around looking at students' answer sheets and getting annoyed by mistakes made here and there. Haha.

Nevertheless, i still do respect him a lot. He's an interesting combination of Louis Armstrong, Mr. Kuldip and my dad.

Anyway, it has been an excruciatingly long month of studying. 5 papers down, 3 more to go.

Chemistry is on Thursday and at this particular moment, "Nanotechnology" on my chemistry notes is staring at me, giving me that look. You know, that look. But i can't help but humming that Nano candy song in my head each time i read the word "nano". In case you don't know, that song goes like this : "NANO nano nano NANO nano nano NANO nano nano NAAAAAA........."

I think.

Alright, retiring to bed now.

Counting the days

Hey guys, i haven't been blogging much lately. Now don't blame me. Blame the exams! and the soul-emptying cell i'm in right now. Gotta watch more episodes of Prison Break to figure a way to escape. But in the meantime, i shall enjoy the torture i'm having in the cell, cause i foresee the day, THE DAY, the 17th of Nov, as the day when :


1. All the prisoners will be set free, and return home.

2. All the prisoners will empty the very homely cells they've been locked in for one & a half years.

3. Some will say, "OMG i missed papa and mama so much! so happy to go home!"

4. Some will say, "Yeeerr but i'm starting to like this cell le..." (these people have gone nuts.)

5. But most of the prisoners will be delighted to finally see daylight and breathe sweet fresh air.

6. And they will be having an awesome time rejoicing and enjoying FREEDOM!

7. Maybe they will cry and hug each other and say goodbye with a heavy heart. "for over a year, we've been livin together, eating together, studying together, moaning together, laughing together, crying together, bathing together, sleeping together (ok i shouldn't get further), and now WE'RE PARTING!!"

but half of their hearts would shout out,

"omg we're leaving now like, FINALLY..............."


Yea. That very bittersweet day will be here. Very very soon.

But oh well, undeniably however, it'll be quite an emotional day, i think.

Steph will be flying off to London next Wednesday. She invited us for a really lovely dinner at her place last night.

I watched Secret last night. Secret, the Chinese movie by Jay Chou.

Know what? I think Jay Chou rekindled my liking for classical music.

And this guy is original. His music, composition, idea and storyline. All beautifully showcased through this original piece of art - Secret.


Sometimes, i'd wish i had all the fundamental raw materials needed to pursue music - that very field i've always been so curious about, but waaaay out of my reach.

Self-awareness? Yeah i have it. Sufficiently.

Chai Lian's birthday was fun. Not only did we get to enjoy the cool rejuvenating sea breeze of Gold Coast Sepang and indulge in mouth-watering seafood cuisines,

CORRECTION : the sea breeze actually had this really strange smell which reminded me of rotten cockerels, and the seafood was already cold when we arrived cause we ordered earlier but nonetheless, it was a satisfying meal, probably cause we were all super hungry we could eat a boat, or the rotten cockerels i mentioned earlier.

Anyway, where was i?

Oh yea. Not only did we get enjoy the cool rejuvenating sea breeze of Gold Coast Sepang and indulge in mouth-watering seafood cuisines,

We also had a great time watching the sweetest thing in the universe.

Yeah that's Beh and Chai Lian the birthday girl, having a great time and totally forgetting and ignoring our presence and existence.

So the rest of us neglected and forgotten ones had to resort to pulling, pushing and dragging one another into the water and be happy.

Let me tell you a story about a girl named.....err lets just call her Pino.

Pino is this really vibrant girl with a colourful personality. Being the confident person she is, she never fails to exude this really strong positive energy and brighten up everyone's life all the time. She's fun, she's wacky, and she's spontaneous. Never had i met anyone as spontaneous as her. Give her some random object like a toothbrush, for instance, she could immediately pose voguely with the toothbrush and start a photoshoot session in a mere 1 second.


Pino was 18 going on 19 so a few weeks before her 19th birthday, a bunch of her good friends asked,


"Hey Pino! what do you want for your birthday?"


Pino wanted a lot of things but the wacky side of her decided to take control at that particular moment, so she said loudly yet maybe a lil too excitedly,


"I want a pilot stripper!"


Her friends were in awe. They thought, they worried and they wondered,


What do we do now? We can't possily get a REAL pilot stripper for her?!



They were clueless.
